I was going through some old photos the other day and i found a picture of my first bedroom that i didn't share, and it made me feel all nostalgic, and i just had to share. I was between 5 and 10 when i had this room, probably still my favourite,
My memory of this room is exactly the same as the picture, and it's ridiculous how much of this stuff i still own.
I'll explain first, the blankets on the wall, my dog snowy used to lick my walls, so this was to stop her pulling off the wallpaper.
The yellow vanity case, was from my great granddad and i still use it for headbands.
The owl was a gift from my uncle from Canada, shes now on my wardrobe.
I still have the pillowcase from this bedding.
Every single beanie baby, plus a hundred plus more.
On the side you can't see is a boiler cupboard, (my room was a bathroom ) on that was quite a few stickers of Leonardo DiCaprio. I loved this door sooo much i wanted to take it with us we moved.
When i first moved into this room it terrified me. I was convinced E.T was stood on my window ledge, tapping with that finger, trying to get me, they said it was trees, but i'd stand at the door and shout "THERE ARE NO TREES" which is why i still can't watch E.T.
Oooh the memories... i miss that little room, although i doubt my wardrobe would fit.
